Just something I whipped up today... playing around with the character I posted earlier, roughing out an environment and playing with some lighting for a look and feel shot. Plenty of post in Photoshop :P

Background art dump

Here's some drawings and paintings from my background art class with Peter Moehrle. I was taking the class last year, but dropped it in order to ease my workload and spend some more time on other projects. It's been cool to see how much I've improved at this sort of stuff since last year.

Been working on an animated short for school. Here's the character so far... missing some details at this point, and it's just a rough texture so far. Lots more to do!
